Please note that items are one of a kind and therefore all purchases are subject to prior sale.

All items purchased will arrive in a gold or silver gift box. Jewelry is guaranteed to be
free from defects and will be replaced at no charge in the event of breakage.
To purchase an item, click on the "Buy It Now" button under the item. This will bring
up a Paypal screen. If you don't have a Paypal account it will prompt you to get one.
Paypal is a secure way to send money using either your bank account or a credit card of
your choice. I've had a Paypal account since 2000 and I've never had any problems
with it. Currently this is the only automated system I have. If for some reason you
don't want a Paypal account, send an email to sales@xn--80akhf1ahdbo0c.xn--j1aef.xn--p1acf and request
the item you wish to purchase. I can send the item C.O. D. or you can mail me a
personal check. Once the check clears I will send your item.
I ship only to the United States. Most orders ship within 48 hours. Delivery time for
custom orders will be longer and will vary depending on availability of materials.
Standard delivery on special orders is 2 weeks. Items that are already available (from
the current sale pages) will be shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail or
UPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. Insurance is strongly recommended and is an
additional $1.30. If you do require Express Service (1 or 2 day shipping) I will provide
this to you at the actual shipping cost.
RETURNS
Defective items will be replaced or repaired at no charge.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it within 30
days of purchase for a refund minus a $10.00 processing fee. The item must be returned by
insured mail in original unused condition. Please package the item securely, label it clearly
and include a copy of your invoice. Do not send any package C.O.D. as we will not accept
returns shipped C.O.D. Refunds typically require 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected on your
credit card. Refund checks will be mailed within 14 days of receipt of the item.
